Full Time CNC Press Brake Operator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in TWO95 HR HUB Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate CNC press brake machines (AMADA, Trumpf, LVD, etc.).
• Read engineering drawings and set bending parameters, tooling, pressure, and backgauge positions.
• Select, install, and adjust appropriate punches and dies.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, angle gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Adjust machine parameters to maintain required dimensions, angles, and tolerances.
• Identify and troubleshoot bending defects such as springback, indentation, and interference.
• Work with QA to resolve quality issues and non-conforming products.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and follow 6S and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of CNC press brake experience.
• Able to independently set up and operate press brake machines.
• Experience with AMADA, Trumpf, LVD, or similar machines preferred.
• Able to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
• Knowledge of press brake tooling, sheet metal bending, and measuring instruments.
• Good troubleshooting, quality, and safety awareness.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
