Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, EDM, SEO/SEM, and influencer partnerships.
Manage content calendars, campaigns, and paid ad performance (Meta, Google, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
Track KPIs, analyse ROI, and continuously optimise for engagement, footfall, and online sales.
Oversee the café's website, e-commerce, and CRM/loyalty programme.
Corporate Events
Plan, pitch, and execute corporate events, product launches, media tastings, and pop-ups.
Build strong relationships with event partners, venues, and media contacts.
Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, and post-event reporting.
B2B Sales
Identify and secure B2B opportunities including corporate catering, bulk orders, hotel/office partnerships, and wholesale accounts.
Develop sales pipelines, proposals, and pricing strategies to hit revenue targets.
Nurture long-term client relationships and expand recurring revenue streams.
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
