Job Summary

The Service Crew Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, leading the service crew team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and operational standards, and supporting smooth restaurant operations during each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of service crew members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and work performance.
• Assist in staff training and ensure SOP compliance.
• Support outlet opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor stock usage and report shortages or operational issues to management.
• Assist management in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Prepare shift arrangements and manpower allocation when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
