We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team specializing in Audio-Visual (AV) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing AV equipment for both indoor and outdoor settings.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Provide maintenance, setup, repair and support for audiovisual and technical equipment at client locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Perform in-house repairs and diagnostics on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently.
• Document all service activities, issues, and resolutions accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures during all service activities, especially when working outdoors or in challenging environments.

*Requirements:*

- Technical diploma or

equivalent in a related field.

- Experience in audiovisual equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to workindependently and manage time effectively.

- Valid driver's license.
