Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, business development, recruitment, staffing solutions, customer-facing roles, or a strong interest in developing a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.
• Promote IT staffing, recruitment, and technology solutions offered by the company.
• Understand client hiring and business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client servicing.
• Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings to expand market presence.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, telesales, customer service, or other client-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales and client management is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of IT services, recruitment, or digital solutions is preferred.
