Full Time Clerk of Work Jobs, in Kedai Nasi Lemak Seafood Sabah Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily construction activities and workmanship at the project site.
• Ensure works comply with approved construction drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect materials delivered to site and verify that they meet approved requirements.
• Identify defective or non-compliant works and report them to the Project Manager or Consultant.
• Monitor rectification works and ensures defects are properly resolved.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other project team members.
• Attend site inspections, testing, meetings and joint inspections when required.
• Monitor construction progress and highlight potential delays or site issues.
• Maintain proper site records, inspection reports, photographs and daily progress reports.
• Assist in pre-handover inspections and defect rectification.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision with property development or contractor.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, workmanship standards and technical drawings.
• Able to identify construction defects and propose practical corrective actions.
• Familiar with architectural, structural and M&E coordination works.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, observant and willing to work at the project site.
• Able to prepare clear site reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Possession of a valid CIDB Construction Personnel Card is preferred.
