Job Description:

Lift Repair Operations & Project Coordination

• Plan and coordinate cyclical works, ensuring timely execution and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in preparing quotations for repair and cyclical repair works, where required.
• Monitor work progress, timelines, and quality of execution.
• Coordinate with procurement, safety, and internal teams to ensure smooth completion of repair works and projects.
• Conduct site inspections to assess lift conditions with clients / customers, where required.
  
  

Technical & Documentation Management

• Standardise technical drawings for lift repair spare parts and parts procurement.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and technical records.
• Support the digitalisation of lift repair processes, including documentation, reporting, and workflow tracking.
• Ensure all technical documentation and records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company requirements.
  
  

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise and guide the lift repair team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with required standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members where required.
• Manage multiple repair works and deadlines effectively.
  
  

Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Support and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Monitor the quality and safety of repair works and take appropriate action where necessary.
  
  

General Duties

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as directed by the supervisor / management.
  
  

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Diploma with relevant experience or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.
  
  

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in lift / elevator repair and maintenance.
• Experience in supervising technical teams will be an advantage.
  
  

Specific Skills/Knowledge

• Good knowledge of lift systems, components, repair processes, and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar technical drawing software will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
