Content Creation Executive

We’re looking for a Content Creation Intern to join Kintry!

If you enjoy being behind the camera, creating engaging videos, and turning everyday moments into fun and compelling content, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for bringing Kintry’s products, people, and brand stories to life through video and social media content.

Job Scope

• Plan, film, and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with Kintry’s warm, playful, and engaging brand identity.
• Handle the full video production process, including concept development, filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Film product videos, behind-the-scenes content, campaigns, events, lifestyle content, and social media trends.
• Edit videos into engaging and platform-appropriate formats, including Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, and promotional videos.
• Add captions, graphics, music, transitions, effects, and other elements to enhance video content.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content based on campaign objectives and current social media trends.
• Ensure content is consistent with Kintry’s brand identity and visual style.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant and engaging content.
• Organise and maintain video/photo assets for easy future use.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong video filming and editing skills are required.
• Able to confidently operate a camera, smartphone, or other video equipment for content production.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Creative thinker who can develop engaging concepts and turn ideas into compelling content.
• Good sense of storytelling, composition, framing, lighting, and pacing.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing talent when required.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines.
• Passionate about social media, trends, food, lifestyle content, and storytelling.
• Portfolio or examples of previous video/content work are required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work Details

• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
• Location: Kintry HQ — 8, Jalan Zuhal U5/177, Seksyen U5, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor
• Work Location: In person
• Allowance: RM800 per month
