Full Time Document Controller (Construction) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Abeyaantrix Vox Selangor - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage, organize and maintain all project documents, drawings, reports and records.
• Maintain document registers and ensure proper document numbering, filing and revision control.
• Manage incoming and outgoing documents, including submissions, transmittals and correspondence.
• Ensure the latest approved drawings and documents are properly distributed to the relevant parties.
• Monitor document status, revisions, approvals and outstanding submissions.
• Maintain both electronic and hardcopy filing systems for easy retrieval.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, Contractors and Site Teams on document-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Company and Project ISO & QSHE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Document Management, Construction or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in document control or construction-related work is preferred.
• Familiar with construction/project documentation and document control procedures.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple documents and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in construction or engineering projects is an added advantage.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday (8.00am to 5.00pm)
