Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle full spectrum of trade finance operations, including issuance and negotiation of Letters of Credit (LCs), Standby LCs, Bank Guarantees, and Bills of Exchange.
Liaise with banks, customers, and suppliers to ensuretimely processing of trade finance instruments.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of all trade documentswith UCP 600, ISBP, and other international trade regulations.
Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, ensuringproper reconciliation and follow-up on discrepancies.
Coordinate closely with sales, procurement, andlogistics teams to align financial documentation with shipment schedules.
Prepare reports on trade finance activities, bankfacilities utilization, and forecast of funding needs.
Support internal and external audits related to tradefinance and banking transactions.
Maintain updated knowledge on international traderegulations, sanctions, and banking practices.
