Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Oversee store productivity and meet sales targets as forecasted.
Cultivate a customer-focused atmosphere prioritizing sales and service excellence.
Provide continuous feedback to enhance service experiences in the store.
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
Ensure the store environment adheres to visual merchandising and upkeep standards.
Identify and develop underperforming personnel through targeted support and counseling.
Recognize individual performance and communicate effectively.
Develop strategies to address significant business challenges and influence outcomes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail or service sector.
Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience in leading and inspiring a team to exceed performance expectations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Customer-centric mindset with established relationships with maintenance vendors and contractors.
