Full Time Admin Cum Customer Service Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Conex Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

• Handle customer inquiries professionally through WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate and arrange installation or service appointments with customers and technicians.
• Prepare and manage job sheets, invoices, quotations, delivery orders, and related documents.
• Perform daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.
• Follow up with customers regarding installation progress, servicing appointments, and after-sales support.
• Assist customers in resolving basic product or service-related issues.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and operation teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor appointment schedules and ensure technicians are properly assigned.
• Respond to customer messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in handling warranty claims, service reports, and internal coordination.
• Support daily office operations and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
• Prepare reports and assist management with operational coordination when required.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of company documents and records.
• Assist in stock coordination and internal communication when necessary.
• Support the team with ad-hoc administrative and operational duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
