Mason Advisory are currently expanding across the Asia-Pacific region. As a result they are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our growing Singapore team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior consulting professional to work with leading organisations on complex technology and digital transformation initiatives. You'll partner closely with senior client stakeholders, provide strategic guidance, lead high-performing teams, and help organisations navigate significant business and technology change.

The Opportunity

As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact consulting engagements whilst contributing to the growth of the Singapore practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading complex consulting engagements from strategy through to successful delivery
• Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Providing strategic advice across business and technology transformation initiatives
• Leading multidisciplinary teams and driving successful client outcomes
• Supporting business development activities, including proposals and client presentations
• Coaching and mentoring consultants to support their development
• Contributing to thought leadership, innovation, and the evolution of our service offerings

About You

We're looking for an accomplished consultant with:

• Significant consulting experience within technology strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, cyber security, data, AI or related areas
• A proven track record of leading complex client engagements and programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience developing new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance client objectives and business goals
