Responsibilities
Role and Responsibilities
Carry out daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning and sanitization of production equipment, utensils, floors, walls, and work areas in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Cleaning in Place (CIP) procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
Ensure proper handling, dilution, and storage of cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety guidelines.
Conduct pre-operation hygiene checks to ensure production areas are clean before operations begin.
Safely dismantle, clean, and reassemble production equipment where required.
Report any equipment defects, maintenance issues, or safety hazards immediately.
Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and workplace safety requirements.
Maintain accurate cleaning records and documentation for audit purposes.
Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal in compliance with environmental and food safety standards.
Assist with general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Key Competencies
Able to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
Good attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to hygiene standards.
Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Commonwealth Culinary Creations is one of the largest commercial bakeries and business to business suppliers of high quality European frozen / fresh bakery, confectionery and savoury products in Singapore, serving major five-star hotels and also supplies to other major cafe chains.
Located in the western part of Singapore, the factory is a one-stop solution for all our customers, as it houses multiple lines of modern production equipment designed for high output with quality consistency, producing a wide range of artisanal foods & baked products.
We operate a fleet of temperature-controlled trucks and delivery vans operating 7 days a week. You can count on us for a hassle-free order right to your destination.
