1. On-the-Ground Operations & Facility Care

• Crowd Management: Monitor the gym floor during peak hours to manage the flow of people, ensuring the space never feels chaotic or overcrowded.
• Daily Flow Management: Actively oversee the daily transitions between sessions so that members move through the facility seamlessly.
• Facility Presentation: Take pride in maintaining a high standard of safety, hygiene, and organization throughout the entire facility, ensuring it is always ready for use.
• Space & Equipment Readiness: Routinely inspect the facility and fitness equipment, resetting the space between peak hours so it remains clean, functional, and welcoming.

2. Member Experience & Administration

• Customer Service: Serve as the primary, welcoming face of the gym, greeting members and addressing their immediate needs.
• Enquiry Management: Handle daily enquiries promptly across communication channels (e.g., social media, messaging apps, phone, or email).
• Booking Operations: Manage class schedules, bookings, cancellations, and waiting lists efficiently.
• Admin Support: Execute general administrative tasks, including membership check-ins, payments, and record updates.

3. Community Building

• Connection & Engagement: Actively build meaningful relationships with both new and existing members to foster a tight-knit community.
• Community Initiatives: Assist in creating a welcoming, high-energy environment that encourages member retention.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
