Responsibilities
Smart Tech Tank Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Corporate Finance & Investment Executive to support the Company's investment activities, project financing, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring market trends, managing corporate financing activities, and ensuring the financial viability and profitability of the Company's investments and projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Investment & Market Analysis
Monitor stock market trends, economic developments, and industry performance to identify investment opportunities.
Conduct financial and investment analysis on listed companies, industries, and market sectors.
Prepare investment recommendations, including Buy, Hold, or Sell strategies, supported by research and financial analysis.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Company's investment portfolio.
Corporate Finance & Financial Planning
Analyze the Company's financial performance, cash flow, profitability, and funding requirements.
Assist management in evaluating business opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic initiatives.
Prepare financial models, forecasts, budgets, and profitability analyses.
Support management in making informed financial and investment decisions.
Project Finance & Profitability Analysis
Evaluate the financial feasibility and profitability of new and existing projects.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis, ROI assessments, and investment appraisals.
Monitor project performance against approved financial projections and budgets.
Recommend strategies to improve project profitability and financial performance.
Debt Recovery & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with companies and business partners that have financing, investment, or repayment obligations with the Company.
Monitor outstanding balances, repayment schedules, and collection activities.
Follow up on overdue accounts and support debt recovery initiatives.
Maintain strong professional relationships with external stakeholders and business partners.
Risk Management & Reporting
Identify financial, investment, and credit risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential losses.
Conduct financial due diligence for investment and business opportunities.
Prepare monthly management reports on investments, project performance, profitability, and financial position.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management when required.
Other Responsibilities
Support strategic corporate finance initiatives assigned by Management.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
