Responsibilities
Duration: 3 months (extendable)
Location: Novena
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and assist taxpayers with general tax-related enquiries
• Provide accurate information based on established policies and guidelines
• Guide callers on tax filing procedures and available online services
• Record call details and update information accurately in the system
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant team for further assistance
• Support other administrative duties when required
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, service-oriented and comfortable speaking with members of the public
• Able to handle enquiries professionally and confidently
