Full Time Senior- Assistant Manager Sales - Operations (Building Materials, North region) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support and optimize daily business unit operations.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate logistics, shipment scheduling, and trading activities.
• Handle import/export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment with procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety inspections.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the operations team.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in construction and/or quarry operations preferred.
• Able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
