Responsibilities
Assistant Sales Manager – Restaurant Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in managing daily sales activities.
Set and monitor sales targets for the sales team.
Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
Promote restaurant, catering, banquet, and event services.
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant teams for events and customer requirements.
Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Handle customer feedback and resolve sales-related issues.
Train, guide, and motivate sales staff.
Monitor market trends and competitors.
