Responsibilities
URGENT HIRING – Operations & Production Admin
Location: Changi South
Salary: Up to $2600/month
️ 5 Days Work Week (Mon to Fri)
8.45am – 5.45pm
Singaporeans & Singapore PRs only
We are hiring an Operations & Production Admin to support the day-to-day operations of an established multinational company in the electronics and technology industry.
Job Responsibilities
Support daily site operations and administrative activities
Prepare daily and weekly production reports
Maintain and monitor administrative inventory and stock levels
Conduct regular stock checks and audits
Coordinate general procurement matters and liaise with the Finance team
Maintain employee attendance records
Assist with new employee onboarding and related administrative arrangements
Monitor general site facilities such as water dispensers, lockers and other workplace facilities
Maintain records for safety equipment such as first aid kits and fire extinguishers
Escalate safety or environmental issues to the Site Manager when required
Support occasional hands-on/manual tasks related to site operations
Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager
Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience in operations/admin support, production coordination, inventory or reporting will be an advantage
Minimum O-Level or equivalent
Good organizational and administrative skills
Comfortable handling Excel, reports, records and inventory
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
Comfortable working in a site/operations environment and handling occasional hands-on tasks
