About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our operations team and support the management of stone installation projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders, monitor project progress and assist in maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, gain valuable exposure to project management practices and develop essential skillsets, and report directly to the Operation Manager for coordination and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and project documentation

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution

Site Management Support

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and report on site readiness

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and project updates

• Maintain accurate records of project activities and changes

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a liaison between Operation Manager, installers, and clients

• Attend regular coordination meetings and resolve coordination issues promptly

Quality & Compliance

• Support quality checks and ensure installation meets design specifications

• Assist in risk management and propose corrective actions when necessary
