Accounts Receivable Analyst – Malaysia & Singapore

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / O2C professional to join a growing Shared Services team in Kuala Lumpur, supporting finance operations across Malaysia and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer billing, invoicing, credit/debit notes and cash application.
• Monitor customer accounts, ageing and overdue balances, supporting collection activities.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.
• Manage billing and customer disputes, working closely with Commercial, Operations and Finance teams.
• Support month-end closing, AR reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with finance policies, controls and relevant local requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardise workflows and strengthen AR performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years' hands-on Accounts Receivable / O2C experience.
• Strong experience in billing, cash application, collections and account reconciliation.
• Experience working across multiple entities or countries is an advantage.
• Good ERP/system knowledge and strong Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience within a Shared Services or multi-entity environment is preferred.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role will primarily support Malaysia and Singapore operations.
