Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and approach new prospects across assigned territories
Qualify leads and manage a follow-up pipeline
Present client products and handle objections
Report pipeline activity weekly
Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Persistent, comfortable with rejection as part of the process
Organised enough to manage follow-ups reliably
Open to close coaching in the early months
No prior business development experience required
Development and progression
One-on-one mentorship from a senior team member
Pipeline typically produces consistently from around month [X] — the basic is designed to carry you through that period
Senior executive within a month, with a route into team management
