JOB DUTIES

• Run the daily shift plan and coordinate tasks
• Keep the team on schedule and ensure coverage during busy periods
• Greet guests when needed and ensure service meets standards
• Handle customer issues/escalations (complaints, returns,special requests)
• Ensure guest experiences are consistent with therestaurant’s expectations
• Resolve front-of-house or service flow problems quickly
• Monitor quality and consistency (food appearance, portions,ticket accuracy)
• Ensure correct procedures for ordering, pickup/delivery,and table management
• Track and restock essentials (condiments, utensils,beverages, supplies)
• Follow health/safety rules (sanitation, food handling & hygiene)
• Enforce compliance with alcohol service rules
• Ensure equipment is cleaned/handled properly and workstations are maintained
• Train new hires or onboard team members (within your scope)
• Promote teamwork and maintain a professional, respectful environment
• Track waste or issues (depending on role)
• Follow cash handling policies and security procedures
• Any other adhor duties require
