Full Time Executive - Cards Risk - Fraud Control Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,700 in Merchantrade Asia - (subsidiary- Celcopon ) Selangor - Maukerja

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Assist and render support to the Head of Department and Team’s lead on the day-to-day Risk/Fraud Operations;
• Daily checking of reload transactions’ source of funds;
• Work with Business Units on checking and verifying Cardholders’ source of funds, educating cardholders to input details and to request company documents, proof of business, relationship and purpose in support of the transactions;
• Conduct investigation on alert flag by Fraud Detection System on suspicious AML transactions;
• Responsible for any monitoring and checking of Cardholders pertaining to suspicious activities and to block the card if necessary;
• Conduct WhatsApp video call to verify Cardholders’ request.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Willing to work on weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 per month
