YOUR TASKS

YOUR PROFILE

  • Lead the hardware and software development activities for innovative display systems, from the concept phase through to series production for a premium automotive OEM.
  • Serve as the primary technical interface to international suppliers, coordinating activities, aligning stakeholders, and driving technical decision-making.
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations from development targets, and proactively initiate corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Plan and coordinate feature implementation, testing, and validation activities in close collaboration with internal testing teams.
  • Analyze issues identified in prototype vehicles and test environments, managing root-cause investigations and problem resolution for display systems.
  • Participate in regular cross-functional team meetings and provide clear status updates to project managers and customers
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Initial experience in automotive development is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in electronics, embedded systems, or Electronic Control Unit (ECU) development.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination abilities in an international environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) is required; German language skills are considered a strong advantage.
