Our client is a leading international law firm with a market-leading banking and finance practice in Singapore, advising on complex cross-border financings across Asia.

About the Role

The role combines precedent ownership, fee-earner advisory, and training delivery for a leading Banking & Finance practice in Singapore, with some scope to support other teams across the region.

Legal & market intelligence - tracking developments in banking and finance law and the wider business environment, then turning that into usable output: research notes, client guides, articles and internal briefings.

Precedents & advisory support - owning and updating precedent documentation (notably APLMA facilities and security documents) to keep pace with regulatory and market change, and acting as a sounding board for fee-earners on structuring questions in live deals.

Training & knowledge systems - designing and delivering training for lawyers, trainees and clients, supporting BD campaigns, and championing adoption of the firm's knowledge tools and technology.

Key Requirements

• Qualified lawyer, 5 years UK-equivalent PQE, with cross border Banking & Finance experience
• England & Wales and/or Singapore qualification preferred
