Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organised Operation Support Admin to join our team. You will support our operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth daily workflow.
Responsibilities
Process service orders, purchase orders, and delivery orders accurately to support operational flow
Create and maintain daily schedules for technicians to optimise resource allocation and timely service delivery
Purchase required products and materials to maintain adequate inventory levels for operations
Scan and digitise important documents to ensure efficient record-keeping and easy retrieval
Perform general administrative duties to support office functions and maintain organisation
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth office operations
Undertake ad hoc assignments as required to support team and operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Good organisational and administrative skills demonstrated through managing schedules and documentation
Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documents and manage data efficiently
Ability to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines and handle diverse responsibilities
Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders
Positive attitude and willingness to learn to adapt to evolving operational requirements

Monday to Friday, 8: 30 AM – 6:00 PM
Alternate Saturday, 8: 30 AM – 12:30 PM
