AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN JOB SCOPE (PROTON)

• Carry out vehicle inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance according to Proton standards and procedures.
• Perform periodic maintenance service (PMS) and general repair works efficiently.
• Ensure all repair and installation works are completed properly and safely.
• Test vehicles after repair/service to ensure the problem has been resolved.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of tools, equipment, and working area.
• Follow workshop safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Update Service Advisor or Supervisor regarding repair progress and additional findings.
• Ensure customer vehicles are handled carefully and professionally.
• Attend technical training provided by the company or Proton when required.
• Complete assigned jobs within the stipulated time and productivity target.
• Report any technical issues, repeated complaints, or abnormal findings to the Supervisor immediately.
• Ensure quality workmanship to avoid customer complaints and repeated repairs.
• Assist other technicians or departments when required by management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
