What you’ll do?

• Use AutoCAD to accurately take off quantities from building plans to support project costing, estimation, and planning.
• Assist in preparing detailed project costings to support budget management, resource planning, and project feasibility assessments.
• Prepare accurate shop drawings and as-built drawings to provide clear installation guidance and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Monitor project milestones, track progress, and provide timely updates to the Team Leader to support successful and timely project delivery.
• Engage with clients to understand their acoustic requirements, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
• Analyze client feedback and recommend practical, actionable improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to align project activities, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution.

What we’re looking for

·       Degree/Diploma in Acoustics is an advantage. Other related technical field will be considered, i.e. Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science, Architecture, Civil Engineering

·       Fresh grad/Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

·       Knowledge of or interest in building acoustics, structural vibration, or environmental noise is advantageous, but not essential.

·       Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

·       The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
