About The Job

you will manage end-to-end procurement workflows to optimize material sourcing and streamline vendor operations.

• Sourcing and communicating with new and existing supply partners to evaluate commercial terms and lead times.
• Managing the full purchase order lifecycle, including order imports, delivery tracking, and payment processing.
• Negotiating competitive pricing structures, payment schedules, and supply agreements.
• Establishing and updating an approved supplier listing to ensure seamless inventory management.
• Facilitating operational alignment between internal teams and global vendors to ensure on-time deliverables.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Minimum two years of procurement experience within a purchasing or supply chain capacity.
• Tertiary qualification in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Capability to manage business communications and technical documentations with suppliers based in East Asia.
• Applied functional experience utilizing modern enterprise planning tools, business systems, and office software.
• Strong negotiation capabilities with the ability to handle operational priorities independently.
• Maandarin speaker will be a plus !
