Full Time Senior Manager, Human Capital Management Jobs, in COMMERCE DOT COM SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and HR Operations to ensure organizational effectiveness.
• Act as strategic HR advisor to the Board of Directors, EXCO, Executive Chairman, C-Level and Senior Management team.
• Manage high-level stakeholder engagement and governance matters, ensuring HR initiatives support corporate priorities.
• Prepare and present executive reports, Board papers, workforce analytics and strategic proposals for Board of Directors (BOD), EXCO and Top Management.
• Lead change management initiatives including restructuring, transformation projects, business planning and M&A integration.
• Required to attend and participate in meetings and engagements (physical & virtual) as required, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Oversee HR budgeting and cost management across the Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field. Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• At least 20 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership capacity managing multi-entity or group-level HR operations.
• Strong exposure to corporate governance and Board-level reporting.
• Experience in supporting C-level and Board stakeholders in complex business environments.
• Sound knowledge of local labour laws, compliance and HR best practices.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability and business acumen.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, high pressure and fast paced environment.
