We are seeking a Business Operations Assistant (Maternity Cover) to support our operations and administrative processes.

Role

Your job is to support business operations and admin. Key tasks include

• Following up on meeting requests and information requests on behalf of CEO
• Checking and sending of contracts
• Filling up of forms
• Check and process invoices received by our suppliers, for payment, and record them on Xero
• Check and process expense claims on Xero, for payment
• Processing contracts and keeping records of key documents
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff members

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,334.81 per month
