The Role

We are looking for a driven Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital initiatives, enhancements and projects across consumer digital and wealth platforms within the banking sector. Working closely with senior product leadership, you will play a key role in shaping digital experiences that improve customer servicing, drive channel adoption and enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Analyze, define and manage business requirements to support digital product delivery

• Prepare approval papers, governance documents and research/analysis for new initiatives

• Support testing activities including UAT, regression and production validation

• Manage production support and operational issues within agreed SLAs

• Contribute to the digital strategy and roadmap across banking, wealth and operational excellence initiatives

• Collaborate with business, operations, technology and design stakeholders to enhance customer experience

• Apply design thinking and data-driven insights to improve digital products and journeys

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years' experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner or product management role, ideally in financial services

• Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira and Confluence, and familiarity with Agile environments

• Experience preparing User Stories and Business Requirements Definitions

• Strong analytical, design and critical thinking skills

• Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and process optimisation

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Flexible, resilient and adaptable working style in a fast-paced environment
