Roles & Responsibilities

• Review design packages and prepare, review, and approve shop drawings for structural works and temporary works, including struts, walers, and related support systems.

• Coordinate structural design matters with relevant stakeholders, including:

  • Civil consultants

  • Construction and site teams

  • Relevant authorities, where required

• Carry out and coordinate the design of temporary works related to structural engineering requirements.

• Support the project team in resolving design-related issues and technical queries.

• Manage and resolve matters relating to production, quality, design, engineering, and project schedule.

• Ensure design works comply with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and authority requirements.

• Review technical submissions, drawings, calculations, and design documentation to ensure accuracy and constructability.

• Work closely with consultants and construction teams to ensure timely resolution of design and coordination issues.

• Perform other engineering and project-related duties as assigned.
