The Organisation Development (OD) team partners leaders and stakeholders across CSC to strengthen organisational effectiveness, build organisational capability, and foster a high-performing, agile and future-ready organisation. The team plays a key role in enabling CSC's transformation by shaping organisational culture, driving organisation-wide change, and using evidence-based insights to improve organisational performance.
As Deputy Director, Organisation Development, you will lead CSC's organisation development strategy and transformation agenda. Working closely with senior management and stakeholders across the College, you will drive enterprise-wide initiatives in organisation design, culture development, organisational effectiveness and change management to enable CSC's strategic priorities and build a resilient, adaptive and future-ready organisation.
What You Will Be Working On
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Organisation Development team in developing and implementing CSC's organisation development strategy, ensuring organisation-wide initiatives strengthen organisational effectiveness, capability and culture in support of CSC's strategic priorities.
- Partner senior management and stakeholders to diagnose organisational challenges, identify strategic opportunities, and design evidence-based interventions that enhance organisational performance, employee experience and organisational health.
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including organisation design, culture development and change management, to support CSC's evolving organisational needs.
- Lead organisational diagnostics and employee listening efforts through surveys, engagement sessions, and other sensing mechanisms, translating insights into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of organisation development interventions through data, feedback and organisational health indicators, and continuously refine strategies to improve impact.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing Organisation Development team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in Organisation Development, Change Management, Organisation Design or related disciplines.

- Ability to understand organisational interdependencies and develop holistic solutions that support CSC's transformation agenda.
2. Internal Stakeholder Alignment - Proven consulting, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the credibility to advise and partner senior leaders on organisation development and transformation matters.
- Demonstrated success in leading organisation-wide transformation, organisational redesign or culture change initiatives within complex organisations.
- Ability to build alignment and secure buy-in across diverse stakeholder groups to drive organisation-wide outcomes.
3. Deep Critical Thinking - Experience in organisational diagnostics, employee listening and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into impactful interventions.
- Ability to assess organisational issues critically and leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategic decision-making and intervention design.
4. Human Dynamics and Process Facilitation - Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with experience leading leadership retreats, strategic planning sessions, workshops and large-group engagements.
- Ability to facilitate organisational conversations and guide stakeholders through change and transformation processes.
5. Design for Implementation and Communication - Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with execution excellence, driving outcomes while navigating ambiguity and organisational complexity.
- Demonstrated ability to translate organisational strategies into actionable implementation plans and drive successful execution.
- An appreciation of how digital technologies, data and AI can enable organisational transformation and improve workforce effectiveness.
