Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee overall project activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, programme, and project requirements.
- Coordinate and liaise with Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architects, M&E, C&S and other trades on project specifications, technical and site issues.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate different trades to ensure timely completion of works and project deliverables.
- Assist in resolving design, coordination, constructability and site issues and follow up with relevant parties for timely solutions.
- Attend project, technical and coordination meetings, site walks and inspections, and follow upon outstanding issues and action items.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, records, submissions and document control in accordance with company ISO standards.
