Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing activities for Monkeys Canopy and its associated attractions, with the objective of increasing brand awareness, visitor traffic, revenue, customer engagement, and market share. The role oversees digital marketing, content creation, promotional campaigns, partnerships, events, and customer communication while ensuring consistent brand positioning across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns to drive visitor attendance and revenue growth.
• Identify market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Recommend new marketing initiatives and promotional opportunities.
2. Brand Management
• Maintain and strengthen the Monkeys Canopy brand identity across all channels.
• Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials, communications, and customer touchpoints.
• Monitor brand reputation and customer perception.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all attractions and departments.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Manage and liaise with outsourced marketing agencies for selected outlets.
• Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Plan and execute content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion performance.
• Oversee digital advertising campaigns including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels.
• Optimize digital campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
4. Content Development
Lead the creation of marketing content including:
• Photography
• Videography
• Promotional videos
• Social media content
• Website content
• Blog articles
• Press releases
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand objectives and campaign goals.
5. Campaign & Promotion Management
• Develop and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional activities, and special offers.
• Coordinate attraction launches, new product introductions, and event promotions.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage marketing budgets allocated to campaigns and promotions.
6. Events & Activation
• Plan and support:

• Coordinate marketing support for attraction launches and special events.
• Ensure effective event publicity and attendance generation.

• Analyze customer data to improve engagement and repeat visitation.
9. Website & Online Presence
• Oversee website content updates and optimization.
• Ensure accurate information is maintained across all digital platforms.
• Improve website traffic, customer experience, and online conversion rates.
• Work with vendors or internal teams to implement website enhancements.
10. Market Research & Analytics
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer data.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and insights.
• Utilize data-driven recommendations to improve marketing performance.
11. Budget Management
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
• Ensure marketing expenditure delivers measurable returns.
• Monitor spending against approved budgets.
• Negotiate with vendors, agencies, and media partners.
12. Team Leadership & Coordination
• Supervise marketing executives, coordinators, designers, or agencies where applicable.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and Attraction Managers.
• Foster teamwork and ensure marketing objectives are achieved.
