Responsibilities
Operations Improvement Engineer
Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is seeking an Operations Improvement Engineer to support plant operations, process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support safe, reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.
Analyse process data to improve productivity, yield, energy efficiency and equipment reliability.
Identify and implement process improvement, digitalisation and automation opportunities.
Develop dashboards and digital workflows using
Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
.
Support data analytics and
AI applications
for manufacturing.
Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and other cross-functional teams.
Support MOC, operational excellence and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in
Chemical Engineering
or related discipline.
Chemical/petrochemical manufacturing experience is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with
SharePoint Workflow, Power Apps and Power Automate is required
.
Training or experience in
data analytics and AI
is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in technology and innovation.
