Full Time Accounts Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Zen Clinic Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice processing, payments, collections, and reconciliations
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial statements, general ledger entries, and supporting schedules
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Maintain proper accounting documentation for audits, statutory reporting, and internal reviews
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other professional service providers to ensure compliance
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control procedure.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certifications in Accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• 2 - 5 years experience in Full Set Accounting.
• Familiar with Accounting software such as AutoCount / SQL
• Applicants must be able to work independently with a creative mind and good problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
