Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using our CRM and follow up to set client meetings.
• Manage daily outreach through email, calls, and LinkedIn to create a steady pipeline of prospects.
• Support proposal preparation and follow through until client onboarding is completed.
• Track sales activities and update pipeline status for weekly team reviews.

Marketing & Content

• Create short social posts and basic content that promote open roles and employer brand stories.
• Run simple ad campaigns and monitor basic performance metrics to improve engagement.
• Coordinate visuals and copy with designers and internal stakeholders for calendared campaigns.
• Help test messaging and gather feedback to refine our candidate attraction approach.

Client & Team Coordination

• Support account teams by preparing briefings, client updates, and candidate summaries.
• Attend client meetings and take clear notes that inform next steps for sourcing and marketing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep deadlines and campaign milestones on track.
• Maintain clean records of communications, campaign assets, and candidate details.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or equivalent with any diploma or degree, ideally in marketing, business, communications, or related fields.
• 0 years of professional experience required, with internship or project work in sales or marketing considered an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a small team that moves quickly and takes ownership of tasks.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn CRM workflows and data entry standards.
• Practical skills in social media platforms, email outreach, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to prepare simple reports and track campaign metrics using spreadsheets.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and friendly tone for clients and candidates.
