Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with quotations, sales orders, POs, and customer documentation.

• Coordinate work orders, service agreements, vendor registrations, and customer portals.

• Track payments and follow up with customers on outstanding accounts.

• Prepare sales reports, quotation summaries, and performance updates.

• Build strong customer relationships through regular communication, visits, and feedback.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

• Support marketing, business development, and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or other related courses.
