- Process and verify shipping, receiving, and cargo documentation for daily operations.
- Perform accurate data entry of inventory, delivery manifests, and shipment statuses into the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all operational records.
- Coordinate actively with the operations team, warehouse supervisors, and transport drivers to ensure smooth handovers.
- Handle basic customer or vendor inquiries regarding shipment statuses.
- Minimum O-Level, Nitec, or equivalent academic qualifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable adapting to new software/systems.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior administrative experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping is highly advantageous.
