Responsibilities
Job Description:
Conduct online (in-process) quality checks during production to ensure compliance with ISO/FSSC standards
Inspect finished products quality, ensuring correct labelling and no food safety or quality issues
Verify labelling accuracy on products and secondary packaging
Monitor cooking temperature, chilling conditions, and process parameters to ensure compliance with CCP monitoring requirements
Perform GMP checks (personal hygiene, housekeeping, and cross-contamination control)
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000)
Carry out pest control monitoring and checks, ensuring no pest issues within production areas
Ensure proper FIFO practices are followed for raw materials and finished products
Report any quality issues, deviations, or abnormalities immediately
Support QA/QC team during internal and external audits and inspection checks
