Full Time Senior Contract Analyst Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while safeguarding the firm’s interests.

• Allocating resources effectively and ensuring high performance across contract administration and tendering functions.

• Assuring construction projects meet agreed legal, regulatory and company standards

• Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation

• Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.

• Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters

• Attending site meetings to monitor progress, acting as the main point of contact for site and project managers

• Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities

• Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives

• Managing construction schedules and dealing with any unexpected costs

• Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate

• Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally

• Communicate contract-related information and provide advice to relevant stakeholders

• Assist with tenders and commercial bids on behalf of Micron

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree or higher

• Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Legal Related Degrees, preferred

EXPERIENCE

• Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong project management skills

• Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Skilled in written communication

•  Proficient in drafting documents with clear articulation.

• Strong contract modelling software skills with contract management, procurement or legal experience

• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders

• Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Visio

• Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints

WORKPLACE

• Travel Required - Yes

• You may be assigned to manage/support projects in Taiwan, Japan, China, Singapore or Malaysia

• If assigned, you may be required to travel to those countries.
