Investor Relations / Business Development professional
to lead fundraising initiatives and build long-term relationships with HNWIs, family offices, wealth managers, and institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising
- Lead and support fundraising efforts across all Pine-managed funds.
- Source and engage new investors: HNWIs, family offices, wealth managers, and institutional allocators.
- Develop and execute fundraising pipelines, outreach strategies, and investor engagement plans.
- Prepare fundraising materials, pitch decks, and communication packages for prospective investors.
- Organise and participate in investor meetings, events, roadshows, and one-on-one presentations.
- Track investor interest, follow-ups, pipeline progress, and conversion opportunities.
2. Networking & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key investor networks, intermediaries, and strategic partners.
- Identify and develop new channels for capital introduction, including private banks, multi-family offices, consultants, and other distribution partners.
- Represent Pine at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
- Support the continued development of Pine’s brand presence and investor network across Singapore and key international markets.
3. Investor Relationship Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for existing investors and support strong investor engagement and retention.
- Provide timely fund performance updates, market commentary, and investment insights incoordination with the investment team.
- Maintain regular investor touchpoints and prepare personalised communications where appropriate.
- Support investor enquiries and ensure timely coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Marketing & Communications
- Develop and maintain investor-facing materials, including factsheets, newsletters, briefing notes, presentations, and other IR materials.
- Collaborate with investment, operations, and compliance teams to ensure investor communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with each fund’s strategy.
- Support Pine’s visibility through digital engagement, investor events, and strategic communications.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in fundraising, investor relations, private banking, fund distribution, asset management sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of engaging and developing relationships with HNWIs, family offices, private banks, wealth managers, or institutional investors.
- Strong understanding of investment products and fund structures; experience in private markets and/or Singapore VCC structures would be an advantage.
- Existing relationships within private banks, family offices, institutional investors, or the broader wealth management ecosystem are highly desirable.
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to originate opportunities and drive fundraising outcomes.
- Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, and investor communication tools.
- Strong command of English is required.
Proficiency in Korean and/or Japanese would be a strong advantage
, particularly for developing and maintaining relationships with investors and partners in Korea and Japan.
- Confident, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable engaging with senior investors and decision-makers.
