One Sixty International is looking for confident, enthusiastic people to join our growing team in Malaysia as Charity Brand Ambassadors.

We work with some of the world's leading charities, including UNICEF, WWF, UNHCR, SUKA Society and NCSM, helping them raise vital funds and build long-term support.

Fresh graduates and immediate starters are welcome — no previous fundraising experience is required. We provide full training.

What You Can Earn

• RM2,300 basic salary
• RM500 full-attendance bonus
• RM1,000–RM4,000+ monthly commission
• RM2,800–RM3,500+ typical monthly earnings, with the opportunity to earn more based on performance

Rapid Career Progression

International Opportunities

What You'll Be Doing

As a Charity Brand Ambassador, you'll represent some of the world's leading charities at busy shopping centres, events and public campaigns.

You'll:

• Speak to members of the public about important causes.
• Represent our charity partners professionally and enthusiastically.
• Explain the charity's work and the difference donations can make.
• Inspire people to become regular monthly supporters.
• Work towards individual and team targets.
• Take part in regular training, coaching and team development.
• Work alongside an energetic and supportive team.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need previous fundraising experience. We're looking for people who are:

• Confident and comfortable speaking to new people.
• Positive, enthusiastic and ambitious.
• Motivated by targets and earning potential.
• Passionate about developing their career.
• Reliable and professional.
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment.

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions or fundraising is a bonus, but not essential.
