Full Time 6m Commercial Proposal Engineer (MNC- Central) #HAC Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

The role will primarily support the preparation and coordination of commercial proposals for aftermarket projects, parts and services. Relevant experience in the energy, power-generation, engineering or industrial-services sector would be advantageous.

Job Scope:

• Work with stakeholders to generate sales and meet annual sales targets by identifying, developing, quoting and closing opportunities timely.
• Work with legal team to review contractual terms and conditions and prepare deviations.
• Liaise with vendors and create accurate cost calculations and commercial proposals.
• Create commercial risk assessments and propose mitigations.
• Work with Sales team to design and propose workable sales strategies by identifying trends and sales patterns.
• Negotiate with customers and vendors on scope, price and terms and conditions.
• Work with Sales team to provide sales updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders regarding sales status, execution strategy, adjustments and progress.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors.
• Support and collaborate with other business teams as needed.
• Participate, support and improve service business processes such as audits.
• Support the Compliance team to ensure export control compliance.
• Support the Admin team to ensure timely Purchase Orders to vendors and invoices to customers.
• Support the Admin team to ensure no late payments from customers.
• Support the Project Team in project and service execution.
• Participate in discussions and various meetings regarding product/services strategy and expansion for the group businesses and implement necessary actions.
• Provide advice to improve the business to attain greater efficiency and expansion of business customers.
• Compile lessons learnt and discuss them with the various business teams.
• Support the Marketing Team and participate in marketing campaigns to promote service business products and services.
• Research and report on competitors’ trends and technology in the power business.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in engineering
• Able to commit for 6 month contract
• Able to start within a short notice period
