Job Title: Group IT Incident & Risk Lead

This opportunity sits within a global shared services environment supporting technology operations across multiple international markets. The role will take ownership of incident management, problem management and IT risk reporting, with direct impact on governance, service performance and executive visibility. This position offers broad enterprise exposure across Post-Incident Reviews, risk workshops, ITSM tooling and committee-level reporting, making it well suited to candidates with strong service management and technology risk expertise.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  
  

Required Experience

• 7+ years in IT operations, service management or technology risk
• 3+ years owning Incident Management or Problem Management at group or enterprise level
• Experience consolidating and publishing incident, problem and IT risk reporting for senior leadership
• Experience owning and maintaining an IT risk register in line with a group risk framework and risk appetite
• Experience facilitating risk workshops with technology and business stakeholders
• Experience chairing Post-Incident Reviews and driving actions through to closure
  
  

Required Skills

• Enterprise-scale Incident Management using ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 practices
• Problem Management discipline and root cause analysis
• IT Risk Management using frameworks such as ISO 31000, COBIT and NIST
• Ability to act as Incident Manager or escalation point during high-severity incidents
• Executive-level written and verbal communication
• Analytical thinking and evidence-led decision making
• Use of ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow or equivalent platforms
• Collaboration across Assurance, Change and Engineering functions
• Ability to improve runbooks, severity matrices, communications standards and escalation paths
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL v4 Managing Professional or equivalent
• Risk certification such as CRISC or ISO 31000
