Full Time SITE COORDINATOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Perniagaan Yik Sing Federal Territory - Maukerja

· Monitor daily site activities and construction progress to ensure work is carried out according to the project schedule.

· Conduct regular site inspections and identify any issues requiring immediate attention.

· Coordinate daily activities among site workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.

· Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available before work commences.

· Facilitate effective communication between the site team and the office to ensure smooth project execution.

· Communicate project progress, technical matters, and site issues professionally.

· Ensure all measurements are accurate and properly documented.

· Identify construction or installation issues on site and recommend appropriate solutions.

· Coordinate rectification works to ensure defects are resolved promptly.

· Escalate technical issues to the Site Engineer or Project Engineer when necessary.

· Maintain proper records of site activities, work progress, variations, and client instructions.

· Involved with ISO Project Management and implement ISO in project department.

· Shall do ad-hoc task and ability to work independent and under pressure.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
